If you wish to enrol to a course, modify your courses, or cancel your enrolment, try to do it first online in uoZone (under Applications, click Enrol).
If you're not able to enrol for a course, modify your course selection, or cancel your enrolment online, please verify the following as they may be the cause of why you are experience an issue:

  1. Verify if your selection creates a course conflict;
  2. Verify if you have successfully completed all of the prerequisites needed for the course;
  3. Be sure to check My Available Seats column in your course search in uOcampus to check if there are currently seats available for your program of study;
  4. Verify whether you've have reached the maximum course load (15 course units).

After verifying all these elements and you are still experiencing issues with course enrolment, please send us a message with the following information below by filling-out the fields below:

  1. The course code and course section (for all course components: LEC, LAB, DGD, TUT) and the term.
  2. If applicable, please send a screenshot of the error message that you have received when trying to enrol on your own.

If you'd like to take one or more courses at a university other than the University of Ottawa, please visit the Letter of Permission de permission web page and fill out the application form.

If you'd like to enrol for one or more courses at Saint-Paul's University, please read the Academic Regulation 6.1 Credit transfers with Saint Paul University website and fill out the request below.
When writing your message in the box below, you must state the course code, the course section (for all course components: LEC, LAB, DGD, TUT) and the term for the course you wish to take at Saint-Paul's University.
Please allow 5 business days for a response for the evaluation of your request.

If you're a University of Ottawa student and would like to study at Carleton University as part of an exchange agreement with this university, please visit the University of Ottawa-Carleton University exchange program web page and fill out the application form.

Should you wish to enrol for more than 15 course units per term, please visit the Academic regulation 5.3 Maximum course load per term web page.
If you have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of at least 6.0 and wish to submit a request to enrol for more than 15 course units per term, please fill out the request below. A limit of 18 course units maximum per term is permitted.

If you would like submit a permission to waive a course prerequisite for a course offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences, please fill out the form.
It is the student's responsibility to:

  1. Fill out the form;
  2. Send the form to the professor and obtain approval (if there is no professor assigned to the course, we will require the Undergraduate Chair's approval only);
  3. Send the form to the Undergraduate Chair of the School that offers the course and obtain their approval;
  4. Send the completed form with all signatures to the Academic Office of the Faculty of Health Sciences (healthsc@uottawa.ca).
